The Brainchild of a D.C Born hoop fanatic
Basketball is a simple game with a stranglehold on sports culture in Washington, D.C where I was born and raised.
Combining the culture of the city, a love of basketball, and a penchant for sharing and creating sports media—District of Buckets was born.
What started as a simple blog in 2018 grew much more and allows me to connect with other basketball creators, fans, and even some of the best players in the game.
This iteration of “DoB” is focused on what makes the game fun and moves the game forward both on and off the court at all levels.
